It’s been awhile since I updated you all on my fitness/health journey…
I’ve been consistently working out each week. Though the past two, have been less than previous weeks.
My Kung Fu training has been less the past few weeks as well.
Some of this has to do with the amount of work I have, some due to fighting off becoming sick abs letting my body concentrate on immunity vs. repairing from workouts and a lot to do with feeling a little down and out.
This time of year is just hard on me, though I do my best to fight it each year. And each year I do heal and accomplish more than the previous! Losing a child just plain out sucks, there’s no nice way to put it.
The good news is, I keep fighting the good fight and I have been losing weight. Part of this is due to changing my eating habits some and another part due to my physical activity.
My weigh in is tomorrow, however as of last week I lost 10 pounds. From 171 to 161.
Some of my pants are falling off, some that haven’t fit in a year fit fine while others are getting loose.
Weirdly enough though I’m in limbo between size 10 and 12, depending on the maker and cut… And at 171 it was a limbo between 11 and 12…
I’m digging my figure and I’m not too concerned about the pounds or size of my jeans.
I’ve been a whole lot less bloated and just feel lighter, which makes a huge difference. Now, I want to focus on toning and strengthening my body.
And wherever this journey takes me, I know my temple will be healthier and stronger as each day I am blessed with passes.
